Black Lives Matter Bloomington presents
"A Seat at the Table"

Midterm Candidate Round-table Discussions

Unitarian Universalist Church
2120 N Fee Ln  47408

#BlackLivesMatter Bloomington is excited to announce our Midterm Candidate Round-table Discussions with support by Monroe County Black Democratic Caucus and the NAACP. These discussions are a round-table series with candidates at the federal, state, and local level on September 7th & 9th. In this round-table event, candidates will respond to questions about issues related to the health and quality of life for black and other marginalized peoples. The questions will be made available to the candidates and to the public in August. Each round-table will consist of two candidates (running opposed in the same race whenever possible) and two moderators, one from BLM and another either from one of our affiliated organizations or an independent person with a public record of supporting the causes that BLM aligns with.
Recordings are now available! Please click on this link or use the drop-down menu above
